Your Mission :
Delight users optimize processes!

As Head of Product you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product organization and company success. You’ll own the product roadmap, build and scale a high‑performing product team and drive the evolution of our multi‑vertical platform. As the bridge between our customers, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams, your leadership will ensure we build products that truly delight users and create measurable business impact, balancing speed and quality.

Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Lead and scale a high performing and customer‑driven product organization of currently 6 members to 10 within the next 12 months
• Own and drive execution of the product roadmap
• Build tight feedback loops with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure rapid iteration and value delivery
• Define and implement scalable product processes, tools and systems
• Ensure product quality drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Hire, mentor and develop vertical product teams to grow the next generation of product talent

Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Proven experience leading a product team of 10 people (disciplinary & functional)
• Track record of scaling complex multi-vertical B2B SaaS products from 01 and beyond
• Deep understanding of the interplay between product quality, operations and growth
• Data‑driven mindset: comfortable with dashboards, KPIs and tools like Grafana
• Sound communicator who bridges product design, engineering and go‑to‑market teams
• Hands‑on leader at heart: ready to dive into the details and shape the playbook
• German (B2) and based in Berlin or within commutable distance to be in the office 2–3 days per week
