Shared Applications and Services organization came to life in 2023 as a direct result of the initiative of organizing shared assets in the bank, like Workflow Platforms, Document Systems, Process Automations etc. Workflow Tribe is a core domain within Deutsche Bank’s Shared Applications and Services (SAS), responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and consumable workflow solutions across the bank. It fosters a culture of innovation, agility, and ownership and it’s recognized as a strategic pillar within SAS, contributing to bank‑wide initiatives.

It operates under an agile model structured around Squads and Centers of Expertise (CoEs), enabling cross‑functional collaboration and continuous delivery.

• Develop new technology applications in partnership with Business, Architecture, and Operations stakeholders
• Produce well‑crafted software that steadily adds value and can be easily adapted to changing customer needs.
• Shape the future of our technology stack and apply it innovatively to solve complex problems.
• Lead by example, in both software design and programming practice

• Good presentation and communication skills, and ability to simplify the context
• Proficient in designing and implementing automated workflows and test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), Python, and Jenkins, integrated with CI/CD pipelines, to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability across development and deployment processes, including automation of Angular and Java applications
• Excellent practice of automation standards and patterns
• Used with Agile development methodologies and tools:
  Jira, Git, Maven, GCP, Terraform, Teamcity, Jenkins, Artifactory and other continuous integration tools
