Asana Enablement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Asana Enablement Manager to support the 200+ people marketing organization worldwide. This isn’t your typical project manager role. At Ninja One, we’re looking for someone to optimize how projects run globally. You’ll focus on improving processes, scaling workflows, and enabling teams to execute efficiently using Asana. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, EMEA, this role will serve as the central point of contact between marketing leadership, our Asana foundational services partner, and the many teams and contributors who use Asana daily.

The Asana Enablement Manager will play a critical role in scaling Asana adoption, enabling consistent workflows, and optimizing project visibility across regional and functional marketing teams. This individual will partner closely with teams at different levels of maturity in their use of Asana, helping them leverage the platform effectively to deliver marketing programs on time and at high quality.

Location - Berlin, Germany

• Acting as the primary liaison between marketing leadership, Asana’s foundational services partner, and internal teams
• Managing and evolving Asana work spaces, templates, and automations to support global workflows and process consistency
• Supporting teams at different levels of maturity in Asana use and helping them tailor workflows that fit their unique needs
• Facilitating onboarding, training, and sharing of Asana best practices in cooperation with Asana’s Foundational Services
• Translating marketing program goals into scalable project structures and timelines
• Partnering with regional project managers to maintain visibility of campaign progress and dependencies
• Troubleshooting workflow issues, identifying blockers, and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum
• Leveraging dashboards and reporting to help teams balance workload and improve efficiency
• Exploring automation and AI-assisted tools to simplify processes and support continuous improvement
• Other duties as needed

• 3+ years of project management experience in marketing, operations, or SaaS environments
• 2+ years experience in project operations, PMO/CoE, or enablement is a must-have
• Advanced Asana expertise (administrator or power user), including creating templates, rules, and automations is a must-have
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across time zones and cultures
• Strong ability to translate business needs into efficient, scalable processes
• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and reports to drive performance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Passionate about helping teams work smarter through process design and technology
• Naturally curious and eager to explore new tools, including AI solutions that enhance marketing project management and workflow efficiency
