We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and digital campaign management to accelerate lead generation and brand growth s role requires a mix of analytical skills, creativity, and an understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure that campaigns are not only optimised for clicks and conversions but also provide seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Linked In Ads
, and other paid media campaigns for B2B audiences. - Manage campaign budgets, & forecasts to ensure efficient ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to optimise landing pages and ensure high conversion rates.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in Google Ads, Linked In Ads
, and paid B2B campaign management. - Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimisation
. - Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
. - Understanding of Design

UI/UX best practices
and their impact on lead generation. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

, with the ability to collaborate across teams and create compelling ad copies.
- Experience working in B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS
industries is a plus. - A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a
