You are a hands-on Dev Ops Engineer with experience operating production cloud environments and supporting development teams in delivering reliable and secure software. You are comfortable working with complex systems, enjoy automating repetitive tasks, and take ownership of platform stability, performance, and security. You bring practical, real-world experience rather than purely theoretical knowledge and thrive in environments where reliability, transparency, and collaboration matter.

You communicate clearly, take responsibility for your work, and continuously look for ways to improve systems and processes.

Required skills

• 3–5 years of experience in a Dev Ops, Platform, or Infrastructure role
• Experience operating production-grade cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops best practices (automation, observability, reliability)
• Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS
• Solid experience running and troubleshooting Kubernetes platforms
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and hands-on experience building and maintaining pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Practical experience administering PostgreSQL (backups, maintenance, troubleshooting)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
• Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing
• Experience in Scrum / agile teams
• Familiarity with SLI/SLO concepts
• Experience supporting Java, Kotlin, Spring, or ReactJS build and deployment pipelines

As a Dev Ops Engineer at azeti
, your mission is to ensure the reliable, secure, and scalable operation of our cloud platforms while enabling development teams to deliver efficiently. You will support both existing and upcoming projects as part of a growing Dev Ops team, reporting directly to the Dev Ops Team Lead and working closely with Dev Ops engineers and software developers on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and further develop cloud-managed Kubernetes clusters
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab CI
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Automate operational tasks and improve developer workflows
• Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and observability
• Participate in incident management, on-call rotations, and post-incident reviews
• Support security hardening, secrets management, and compliance-related tasks
• Contribute to cost optimisation and overall infrastructure efficiency
