• Advising clients on the conception and implementation of innovative and technically demanding CRM solutions based on SAP Sales and Service Cloud.
• Expanding your knowledge on technical and functional updates within the SAP CX portfolio.
• Analyzing, optimizing, designing, and implementing SAP Sales and Service Cloud for clients.
• Developing and executing small and large integration scenarios in Customer Experience.
• Potentially leading (sub-)projects on-site or remotely, depending on project size and complexity.
• Supporting sales activities with pre-sales presentations and proposals.

• Completed education or degree with relevant IT experience.
• Extensive experience in process analysis, creating functional concepts, technology design, and configuring CRM solutions, especially SAP CRM / CX.
• Strong interest in CRM and Customer Experience, eagerness to learn new technologies and methods, and applying this knowledge in projects.
• Ideally, knowledge of SAP integration technologies or hybrid (cloud & on-premise) architectures.
• Excellent consulting skills, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to undertake project-related travel.
