Product Manager - Agentic AI Corporate Communications

: an agentic AI system that makes enterprise communication smarter, safer and more consistent across every format and stakeholder.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who understands how messages are crafted, approved and delivered within large, multi-layered organizations, and who can translate this into an intelligent, scalable product.

This role involves working on a zero-to-one product initiative with full leadership backing, high visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise communication.

• Deep expertise in Corporate Communications (strategic comms, PR, IC, etc.) and stakeholder management
• Ideally, proven Product Management or Product Ownership experience in software or web application environments
• Strong understanding of AI (ideally agentic systems) or clear curiosity to learn fast‑evolving AI developments
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and bring diverse perspectives together
• A multilayered mindset that combines analytical thinking, creativity and a hands‑on approach, moving easily between strategy and execution
• Strong ability to identify problems early and a bias for clarity and action
• Passion for innovation and ownership with the drive to continuously move projects forward
• Advanced fluency in both English and German

• Take full ownership of our Agentic Communication Platform, driving it from initial concept to a mature, market‑ready product
• Engage directly with potential and future customers (Comms, Legal, IR, HR, Leadership) to uncover needs and validate workflows
• Gather and analyze insights from proofs of concept (POCs), customer interviews and qualitative feedback to steer future product direction
• Conduct data analysis to uncover communication problems and translate them into clear product concepts, user stories and epics
• Collaborate with the Engineering and the UI/UX teams to transform ideas into well‑designed, high‑quality features
• Champion clarity, alignment and momentum across all teams
• Evolve the product vision into a coherent roadmap and execution plan
• Act as both project manager and product champion, driving alignment, inspiring confidence in the product vision and helping team members understand not only what they’re building, but why it matters and how it should work
