We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute all user experience and design-related aspects of our Driver domain within the Ride hailing team. Our ride-hailing vertical continues to grow year-on-year, and we continue to hit all-time highs in terms of performance in many markets, providing drivers and riders across markets a high-quality ride-hailing experience. You will have a hands‑on role in shaping Bolt’s growing mobility ecosystem.

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to drive and execute all user experience and design-related initiatives at a sub-domain level. The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional quality products that effectively meet the user and the business needs across various domains.

• Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts to initiate product momentum.
• Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life.
• Advocate for user‑centric, high-quality design solutions across the team, to timelines while effectively balancing multiple tasks.
• Push for visionary solutions that challenge existing ideas and drive innovation, set the quality bar and be an exemplary designer to your peers.
• Contribute to evolving design systems and ensuring consistency in UI/UX patterns.

• You have experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and a proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users.
• You have an excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms, including user interface and user experience design.
• You’re highly proficient in design tools and software, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.
• You stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to your work.
• You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders and the ways of how we work and execute at Bolt.
