Senior Project Lead – AI Consulting

• You take full ownership of customer projects: discovery, workshops, and ongoing implementation.
• Multiple clients in parallel, with significantly more depth per client than in classic consulting.
• You report directly to the founder and work closely with our engineering team.
• 70% client work:
  You are the autonomous point of contact, usually directly with the client's executive management. Prepare and lead workshops, hold weekly calls, run demos, handle scoping, and translate requirements for engineering.
• 15% prototyping:
  You build initial prototypes yourself using modern AI tools and without programming.
• 15% pre-sales & scoping:
  Workshops also serve as a sales tool for us. You assess opportunities, help structure proposals, and proactively drive follow-up potential with existing clients.
• You help develop our delivery processes and quality standards and help build the delivery team that grows from this work.

• 3–7 years of experience, e.g., as a (Senior) Consultant or Project Lead in a strategy, digital, or in-house consultancy, or as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS.
• Independently ran multiple concurrent client projects, including workshops at executive level.
• Entrepreneurial mindset:
  You can judge whether a use case is worth pursuing and you’ll say so.
• Strong communication in German, equally clear with CEOs as with developers and process owners.
• Technical curiosity:
  You try out new tools yourself. You already use ChatGPT or Claude daily.
• No computer science degree, no coding experience, and no completed AI project required. You’ll learn the tools during your first weeks with us.
• Confidently lead workshops at executive level, and have the curiosity and willingness to learn to apply AI actively and with tangible value.
• Plus (not required): small personal builds with AI tools (Claude, n8n, Lovable), pre-sales experience, experience with mid-market clients or change management.

Demonstrates strong project management capabilities with a focus on client engagement, workshop facilitation, and the ability to translate technical requirements for engineering teams. Possesses a proactive approach to developing delivery processes and quality standards while leveraging modern AI tools for prototyping.
