As a Team Lead Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in managing our data infrastructure, developing scalable data models, and providing actionable insights to teams across the company. You'll ensure data-driven decision-making and foster a data-first culture.

• Manage & Optimize BI Infrastructure:
  Own and maintain our end-to-end BI setup, which currently includes Airbyte, dbt, Snowflake, and Metabase. Continuously evaluate and implement the best tools to meet our evolving needs.
• Develop Scalable Data Models:
  Build and maintain reliable, scalable data models that ensure data integrity and accuracy across all business functions.
• Drive Strategic Insights:
  Analyze business performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership and various teams.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to understand data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentorship & Alignment:
  Manage and upskill junior team members and ensure that data strategies align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Ensure Data Governance:
  Implement and uphold data governance policies and industry best practices to maintain compliance and security.
• Leverage AI-Augmented Analytics Workflows:
  Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and establish best practices for AI-assisted analytics across the team.

• Demonstrate Strong Analytics
  
  Experience:
  
  5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Exhibit Advanced SQL Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
• Communicate Data Effectively:
  Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with Business Intelligence Tools:
  Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.
• Apply Data Modeling Best Practices:
  Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Deliver Analytical Insights:
  Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments:
  Experience working in a startup or fast‑paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities.
• Adopt AI-Assisted Development Tools:
  Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) and an interest in integrating them into modern analytics engineering workflows.
• Utilize Analytics Engineering Tools:
  Experience working with dbt for data transformation and analytics engineering workflows is a Plus.
