About Us:
We are a small, dynamic team specializing in the development of our own WebGL Metaverse 3D Game Engine. We're looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to ensure seamless communication, project success, and technological innovation.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction from concept to delivery.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from proposals and design to development and deployment of Metaverse solutions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our team to solve system issues, implement design and code adjustments, and enhance user experience.
Monitor and optimize project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting to meet deadlines and goals.
Utilize your deep understanding of our Game Engine architecture to provide technical support and insights both internally and externally.
Facilitate the integration of new technologies and features such as live status updates via Websockets, real-time video, and interactive Metaverse elements.
What We're Looking For:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, (Game) Design, Project Management, or related fields. - Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development or game design, with a solid technical foundation in WebGL and Metaverse technologies. - Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Communication:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, effective with clients and cross-functional teams. - Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Additional
Skills:
Familiarity with server management, content management systems, and both front-end and back-end development practices.
- Experience managing projects in Virtual or Augmented Reality.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or working with remote teams.
