Help shape the digital backbone of a sustainable energy future by designing modern SAP solutions.

What You Do:

• Design, document, and guide SAP-centric architecture solutions across multiple product teams.
• Support SAP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into feasible and scalable architecture designs.
• Drive integration strategy using SAP BTP and other SAP technologies (data, event-based, and process integrations).
• Align with product owners, business stakeholders, and other architects to ensure end-to-end coherence.
• Represent architecture in governance forums and design boards, using tools like Archi Mate and Sparx EA.
• Ensure SAP solutions are future-ready and compatible with broader enterprise and domain architecture.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Proven experience with SAP platforms, including at least 2 of the following:
• SAP BTP
• SAP integration technologies
• SAP development frameworks (understanding, not coding)
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM) and modeling languages (Archi Mate).
• Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a strong plus.
• Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and guiding teams across countries.
