• Working hours:
  
  32–40 Stunden
• Location:
  
  Berlin

• Facilitate Sprint events:
  Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups
• Backlog refinement and ensuring development readiness
• Coach team on Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principles
• Remove impediments and track progress using Agile metrics
• PI Planning preparation, cross-team dependency management and risk tracking
• Change Agent:
  Drive Agile transformation and SAFe coaching for team and stakeholders

• Academic degree or vocational training
• Training:
  Certification as Scrum Master
• SAFe certification is mandatory
• Professional experience: several years working in scaled agile environments
• At least 3 years of professional experience, e.g., in Germany
• Language skills:
  English and German
