IT Administration

• Supporting more than 130 employees across five locations in Germany
• Planning, provisioning, operating, and maintaining the IT infrastructure, IT services, and systems
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and services
• Ensuring IT security
• Evaluating, configuring, and implementing system enhancements to meet new requirements
• Organizing IT procurement and managing suppliers and resources
• Administering a modern infrastructure with multiple VM clusters, more than 230 VMs, Windows/Linux systems, and SAN infrastructure

• A good degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training
• Professional experience in system and/or network administration
• Technical knowledge of Windows or Linux servers (Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of web services (Apache, IIS)
• Knowledge of email services (MS Exchange, Postfix)
• Knowledge of IP networking in LAN and WAN environments, DHCP, and DNS
• Knowledge of network and system management (Nagios, SNMP)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware)

Demonstrates expertise in managing IT infrastructure and services, ensuring security and smooth operations across multiple locations. Proficient in system administration, virtualization, and network management, with a strong focus on enhancing system capabilities to meet evolving requirements.
