Almetra is an AI-first software company defining the role of artificial intelligence in manufacturing and developing ethical AI software.

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform;
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments;
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters;
• Improve developer experience by making it easy for teams to ship and debug;
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for full observability;
• Configure and optimize CDN infrastructure;
• Support ML infrastructure, including model deployment, GPU workloads, or training pipelines;
• Configure CDNs using Cloud Front, Fastly, or Cloudflare;
• Work with streaming data or video processing systems;
• Bridge the gap between ML research and production;
• Keep systems running smoothly and help the team ship with confidence.

• 8–10 Years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or platform engineering roles;
• Expert knowledge of AWS;
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code workflows;
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools;
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes, including deployment, networking, scaling, and troubleshooting;
• Strong system administration fundamentals, including Linux, networking, storage, and configuration management;
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and time series databases such as Timescale DB and Prometheus;
• Clear communication and ability to work across engineering and data science teams;
• Pragmatic and reliable approach to decision-making;
• Nice to have: experience supporting ML infrastructure, CDN configuration, familiarity with streaming data or video processing systems, interest in MLOps.
