• Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices to engineers and clients
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across infrastructure, networking, and applications
• Deploy, debug, and execute cloud computing project activities, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure and application validation
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based systems with efficient data storage, observability, security policies, compliance, and access mechanisms
• Recommend performance and cost optimization for cloud-related project activities
• Modify, improve, and develop applications compatible with existing or new cloud infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and quality documentation
• Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and make recommendations
• Educate and support other engineers in implementing new cloud technologies and initiatives

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification
• Proven working experience as a Cloud Engineer, Cloud Developer, Dev Ops Engineer, or in a similar role
• Proven experience planning, implementing, and managing Azure infrastructures
• Experience with stakeholder management and direct client contact
• Experience providing technical leadership and advising clients on technical concepts
• Deep understanding of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or ARM templates, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash
• Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices
• Full professional proficiency in German and English (C1 level minimum)
• Nice to have:
  Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications, experience with observability tooling such as Azure Monitor or Grafana, experience with multi-environment or multi-tenant cloud platforms, Fin Ops or cost-optimization experience.
