Your Responsibilities- Contribute to exciting and challenging Service Now implementation projects for our customers
- Design, develop, and advise on solutions across various process and platform areas
- Take responsibility for the planning, design, and delivery of (sub-)projects
- Review, customize, and enhance existing Service Now implementations
- Collaborate within technical project teams to develop innovative solutions
- Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of our services
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in process and platform consulting
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, ideally with an ITIL certification for the core ITSM area
- Solid experience with Service Now or other service management platforms
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification; additional implementation certifications are advantageous (preferred: ITSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM)
- Experience with in the Public Sector and/or Retail industry is an advantage
- Conceptual knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services
- Knowledge of agile project management and agile software development methodologies (SCRUM)
- Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an analytical approach to work
- Ability to consult and present effectively in both German and English
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
