IT & Revenue Operations Manager

• Own IT management and the revenue stack, with an even split between IT administration and Revenue Operations
• Build and maintain the Apple setup, including enrollment, blueprints, and configuration profiles through Apple Business
• Establish and document a security baseline covering encryption, update policies, and managed devices
• Manage the end-to-end hardware lifecycle and plan device requirements based on the hiring plan
• Document access provisioning, changes, and revocation by group, preventing gaps during offboarding
• Further develop Google Workspace as the identity provider and implement SSO
• Structure the SaaS landscape, including licenses, roles, permissions, and approved tools
• Provide control registers, security questionnaires, and compliance documentation for enterprise customers and investors
• Assess company risks and either accept or remediate them
• Document processes in runbooks and build a knowledge base
• Further develop Hub Spot as the central revenue platform, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, and reporting
• Ensure data flows between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and take ownership of data quality
• Manage integrations between Hub Spot, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and product data via n8n
• Identify manual processes and systematically automate them
• Develop automations for lead routing, scoring, and funnel handoffs
• Introduce new Hub Spot features and innovative tool solutions

• At least three years of professional experience in IT administration, Internal IT, systems administration, Rev Ops, or Sales Operations
• Experience in a growing tech or SaaS startup is preferred
• Experience with macOS and iOS, Apple Business, MDM profiles, and the Terminal
• Proficiency with at least one core platform:
  Google Workspace or Hub Spot
• Understanding of SSO, SCIM, OAuth scopes, and Conditional Access
• Experience working with APIs and small scripts, as well as automating processes through n8n or Hub Spot workflows
• Ability to maintain clean data sets and create reliable dashboards
• Business-fluent German, at least C1 level
• Fluent English, at least B2 level
• Apple certifications (ACSP, ACiT) or comparable evidence of platform expertise, ISO 27001 certification, and Hub Spot administration experience in a B2B SaaS environment are additional advantages
