The company is a growing B2B SaaS business in Berlin that provides a shared cloud platform for multiple product engineering teams.

• Build and evolve shared platform infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes
• Design scalable and reliable environments for multiple product engineering teams
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Develop platform tooling and automation in Go and/or Python
• Build and improve CI/CD and Git Ops workflows
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and environment management
• Improve Kubernetes reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Create reusable platform components and engineering standards
• Improve observability across cloud infrastructure and services
• Reduce manual operational work through automation and self-service tooling
• Support engineering teams with deployment, infrastructure, and production challenges
• Help shape the technical direction and architecture of the platform as the company scales.

• 5+ Years of experience in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Strong knowledge of Terraform
• Experience with Go and/or Python
• Experience with Git Ops
• Experience with CI/CD
• Knowledge of Linux and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong understanding of distributed production environments
• Nice to have:
  Argo CD / Flux, Helm, Backstage, Prometheus / Grafana / Open Telemetry, Kubernetes Operators, Crossplane, AWS EKS, Docker / container platforms, Platform APIs, Internal Developer Platforms, experience building self-service infrastructure for engineering teams.
