Advise clients on modernizing or introducing insurance core systems, including AI solutions

Develop innovative solution strategies with client‑side business and IT decision-makers and help implement them, preferably using AI-based development approaches such as Spec-Driven-Development

Maintain a holistic view of the industry’s and projects’ business challenges

Take responsibility for business architecture topics in consulting and implementation projects

Contribute to publications and share expertise with colleagues worldwide

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting and software development projects in the insurance industry

Strong knowledge of business processes and insurance core systems, as well as strengths in methodology, design, technology, and integration

Excellent communication skills, professional leadership skills, and strong customer orientation

Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs

Fluent German and English
