Application Consultant; m​/f​/d; Focus ERP

In this key role, you will form the digital backbone of our value chain. As the central driving force behind our system landscape, you will ensure that our ERP solutions operate efficiently, are future-proof, and fully compliant with the strictest regulatory requirements of our industry.

Start date:

December 1, 2026, or January 1, 2027 (both are possible), with a permanent, full-time contract and a 37.5-hour work week. Comprehensive ERP Application Management:
You will assume end-to-end responsibility for our ERP systems (ideally SAP) and related core applications. From smooth operation and support to lifecycle management, you will ensure maximum system stability. Strategic Development & IT Projects:
You will translate business requirements from production and supply chain into future-proof IT solutions. This includes leading IT projects, managing external service providers with budget responsibility, driving the replacement of legacy systems, and integrating cutting-edge AI methods. Regulatory Excellence (GxP & SOX):
As the central guardian of quality standards, you ensure that our entire ERP landscape complies at all times with the strict regulatory requirements (GMP/GdP, SOX) as well as the highest security and data protection guidelines.

• Foundation: A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of solid practical experience in IT application management or support, with a strong focus on complex system landscapes.
• Technology & Data: Very good knowledge of the ERP environment (preferably SAP) as well as a confident handling of SQL and the management of interface architectures.
• Regulatory awareness as a mindset: Ideally, you bring experience from the regulated environment (pharmaceuticals, medical technology, chemicals) and know what GxP and SOX mean for everyday IT.
• Methodology & Innovation: Proven experience in IT project and change management. Initial exposure to AI use cases in IT is a major advantage.
