The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the 100% availability of core network services across a geographically dispersed, highly classified enterprise environment.
This role involves managing the Infoblox Grid, automating IPAM workflows, and implementing security measures to protect DNS traffic against advanced cyber threats. Proven hands-on experience with Infoblox NIOS administration, DDI protocols, and network security is essential. Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting, and related protocols is required, along with familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages like Python or Perl. Additional certifications such as Infoblox Core Engineer (CICE) or Infoblox Core Admin (CICA) are preferred, alongside experience with cloud environments and network automation tools.
The primary responsibilities include designing, deploying, and maintaining a highly available Infoblox NIOS Grid architecture, including Grid Masters and distributed members to ensure resilience and scalability. The candidate will manage authoritative and recursive DNS services, implementing DNSSEC, traffic steering, and high-performance caching to support mission-critical enclaves.
