Procurement Manager; m​/f​/d - Capital Expenditures

Join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of major investment projects. In this role you will coordinate procurement strategies, manage tendering processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost‑effective and timely project execution.

• Plan and execute Cap Ex procurement strategies in partnership with the Head of Procurement.
• Lead tendering activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids and negotiate agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and finance to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage suppliers, build long‑term relationships and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
• Draft, review and monitor supplier agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, mitigate risks and enhance supplier performance.
• Deliver data‑driven reports and presentations for management decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Extensive procurement experience, ideally for capital equipment or project procurement.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, engineering drawings and industrial production environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Full proficiency in English and German.
