• Assembly, labeling, final testing, and repair of mechanical and electronic modules for rail vehicles
• Mechanical assembly and adaptation of components based on technical drawings and production documents
• Support in the introduction of new products (New Product Introduction) and close collaboration between work preparation, hardware development, and manufacturing
• Contribution to the further development of production processes and standards
• Prospectively:
  Taking on additional responsibilities, such as specialization in a specific field or the technical guidance of colleagues

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the assembly of mechanical and electronic modules
• Confident handling of technical drawings and production documents
• Precise, reliable, and structured way of working
• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong team player with the willingness to continuously develop and to take on more responsibility in the medium term

• Experience in optimizing production processes
• Initial experience in providing technical guidance or leading small teams
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Solid English language skills
