What You'll Do
  • Own/lead development of new/innovative manufacturing processes from proof of concept through to full‑scale production that enable improved battery performance and/or cost.
  • Drive ramp of new production lines by characterizing baseline performance and capability of each system and driving actions to maintain or improve performance as measured by product quality and tool availability.
  • Lead product design for manufacturability (DFM), DFMEA.
  • Develop and manage PFMEA, DFMEA risk assessments to prioritize process improvement projects and ensure adequate metrology and controls are in place.
  • Drive root‑cause analysis through process and equipment expertise, derive & execute DOE’s accordingly, characterize boundary conditions and optimize process for manufacturability and quality.
