We're a 153-bed, comfortable facility located right on the grounds of Central Vermont Medical Center, offering residents easy access to top-notch care in a beautiful and home-like setting.
We currently have positions on all three of our units, Evergreen - Subacute Rehabilitation, Spruce - Long Term Care, and Maple - Memory and Dementia Care.

Play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. You'll work closely with the nursing team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for everyone.
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care. The LPN is responsible for delivering care to assigned patients in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician's orders, and approved care plans. The LPN will collaborate with the RN, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals who:
- Current active LPN license in Vermont.
- At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience.
- Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Ranges from $25.93 to $40.11. Differentials range from $3 to $7!
