We’re Hiring: RN Clinical Nurse at Theda Care – Juliette Manor!

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a key role in delivering patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education, and advocacy. This role supports our mission by ensuring compassionate, safe care within the scope of practice defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and Theda Care policy.

• Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities

• Utilize the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and competencies to assess patient needs and develop collaborative care plans.
• Partner with the interprofessional team to ensure the highest quality care and clinical outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise within the assigned specialty, delivering care that is age-appropriate, developmentally sensitive, and culturally specific.
• Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience, streamline care, and reduce costs—improving satisfaction for patients, families, and team members.
• Support a professional environment of mentoring, engagement, and development to retain expert clinicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to problem-solve and improve patient care.
• Anticipate and manage risk proactively; perform skillfully in life-threatening emergencies.

• ADN required
• BSN preferred
• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling)
• Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens
• Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
• Frequent exposure to sharp objects/instruments
• Occasional exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, or electrical risk
• Extended standing/walking
• Transporting and positioning patients/equipment
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases, hazardous materials, or aggressive patients
