District Manager Germany for Japanese Restaurants in Berlin Area
Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for one of our customers, a very famous japanese restaurants brand, a
District Manager Germany
based in Berlin – who will be responsible of every new opening on the market.
In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.
RESPONSIBILITIES AS DISTRICT MANAGER:As District Manager you will have the following Responisbilities:
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
- Monitor budget and ensure financial efficiency across all locations.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Customer Experience
:- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
- Proven experience in start up of activities (restaurants is a plus)
- Good level of JAPANESE mandatory
- Good level of English and/or German
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with POS systems
