Priceline is seeking a Portfolio Release Manager to join our Flights team in Berlin. This role centers on orchestrating the successful delivery of releases and the management of our Flight Supply & Agent Servicing Platform. As a Release Manager, you ensure that Product and Engineering teams deliver with quality, timing, and alignment, while continuously improving the release process to support agility, scale, and compliance.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and various other teams in Priceline, along with our Suppliers and Partners. You will work with teams that focus on our Supply Platform and our Agent Servicing platform.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead—someone who can effectively bridge Product and Engineering, drive execution against business and product strategy, and ensure complex initiatives are delivered successfully.

• You bring in 5
  -7 years of strong Agile and Project/Program Management experience, with a solid understanding of how release management integrates into iterative delivery models.
• You’ve led or supported cross‑functional release planning, coordinated dependencies across multiple teams, and ensured smooth delivery through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
• You’re fluent in Agile ceremonies, metrics, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) and can apply them pragmatically to drive outcomes.
• You understand the importance of governance, communication, and stakeholder management in scaling delivery across a portfolio.
• You act as a bridge between rapid product development and operational stability.
• You reduce friction and risk in the last mile of delivery, helping product and engineering teams move with confidence.
• Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
• Experienced in coordinating software releases, especially in complex environments with multiple dependencies.
• A detail‑oriented operator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple competing priorities.

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
