With proven experience in the water filtration and/or water treatment market, you will report directly to the executive team and have the autonomy to shape the business, influence global strategy, unify commercial, technical and operational capabilities, and make a tangible impact on water quality and environmental health worldwide.
Backed by private equity and powered by a differentiated, proven water filtration technology (KDF) in several countries, Kymera International is positioned to significantly expand its footprint across the globe. The business is still small in revenue and employees, therefore you will operate as both a strategic visionary and a hands‑on leader, driving growth with full P&L responsibility. Bring your technical expertise in the field of water filtration, commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to lead the next chapter of innovation and impact in water filtration.
You will shape and execute Kymera’s water filtration strategy, drive commercial success and build a cross‑functional team that combines technical excellence with entrepreneurial speed.
The role requires strong industry knowledge, customer focus and the ability to integrate innovation, sales and operations. This role is global in scope, highly visible and is designed to evolve into a broader global business leadership or Managing Director position as the business scales.

- Lead global go‑to‑market strategies and develop strategic customer, OEM and channel partnerships.
- Develop and implement IP and trade secret strategies to protect and differentiate Kymera’s technology.
- Navigate global manufacturing and supply chain complexity across the US and Europe.
- Own global regulatory strategy, product qualification and certification processes across regions.
- Translate customer and market insights into innovation priorities, pilot programmes and commercialization roadmaps.
- Act as Kymera’s executive representative to customers, partners and industry stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success in global P&L leadership, go‑to‑market strategy and commercial execution in a similar business.
- Understanding of global regulatory, certification and market dynamics in water‑related industries.
- Experience operating effectively in matrixed, international organisations, influencing without direct authority.
- Track record in new market entry; M&A and innovative business models highly valued.
- Technical/commercial fluency to bridge R&D, production and customer needs.
- Strong executive presence and customer‑facing credibility.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style.
