Senior Project Manager – Silberpuls GmbH & Co KG
We help passionate people bring meaningful digital products, brands, and experiences to life. Together with founders, marketing teams, and product leads, we craft websites, applications, and digital‑first brands that move businesses forward.
And we’ve learned one thing along the way: great work only happens when projects run smoothly, expectations are aligned, and everyone feels supported.
That’s where you come in.
We’re currently looking for a (Senior) Project Manager who wants to work closely with our small, family‑style team of designers, product minds, and strategic partners to make sure we deliver strong outcomes and create an environment where collaboration feels natural, honest, and energising.
What you will do- Own project execution end-to-end from planning to delivery and wrap‑up.
- Align expectations across clients, designers, developers, and partners, keeping everyone pointed in the same direction.
- Create clarity: set up timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and communication rhythms that help projects move without friction.
- Be the calm center of the storm: navigate shifting priorities, new inputs, and occasionally messy realities with structure and positivity.
- Act as the relationship driver, not just the task keeper: maintain trust, spot opportunities, and help clients feel guided rather than managed.
- Support our design team so they can focus on what they do best: solving problems, exploring solutions, and delivering great work.
- Champion an iterative, agile mindset and help clients feel comfortable with lean processes and realistic expectations.
- Represent Silberpuls with empathy and professionalism, internally and externally.
- Live our understanding of a service company: long‑term relationships over short‑term wins.
- Optional:
Product ownership knowledge helps to give structured feedback and guidance to designers.
- Have 4+ years of project management experience in digital agencies, product studios, or tech environments. (For senior candidates: 6‑8+ years and experience leading multiple complex projects in parallel.)
- Feel confident managing web, app, or brand projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
- Understand how design and development teams work and how to support them without micromanaging.
- Bring strong communication skills in German (Native) and English (Fluent).
- Feel comfortable moderating calls, framing decisions, and keeping conversations productive.
- Be structured, pragmatic, and able to translate complex situations into simple next steps.
- Have a natural sense for client care: not sales‑y, but service‑oriented and relationship‑driven.
- Be proactive in removing blockers and keeping work flowing.
- Embrace transparent, respectful collaboration and know when to ask for help.
- Be yourself. We appreciate different personalities and backgrounds; they help us solve more interesting problems.
- Be open. Share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas. Speak up early, not late.
- Be respectful. Our work is demanding, but we treat each other the way we want to be treated. Every day.
- Be collaborative. Nobody succeeds alone here.
- Be proactive. Don’t wait for problems to grow – surface them, solve them, communicate them.
- Be positive. We assume good intent, trust the process, and work through challenges together.
- You’ll join a team that values quality over speed, humans over egos, and clarity over chaos.
- You’ll work on a wide mix of digital projects across industries and maturity levels, enough variety to stay inspired without spreading yourself thin.
- We care about healthy work rhythms: practically no overtime and a strong focus on sustainable delivery.
- You’ll receive fair compensation based on experience, plus:
