We're on the hunt for a full-time Event and Marketing Maestro to join us in Berlin. You’ll be the charismatic face of our brand, wowing clients with your engaging product demos and lively webinars. With your native English proficiency and exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll connect effortlessly with event guests and potential clients. You'll whip up eye-catching marketing materials, capture and edit high-quality videos, and keep our social media buzzing.

• Deliver captivating product demos to potential clients (at conferences, clients’ HQ, or online).
• Organize and moderate webinars and live events, often stepping in front of the camera or crowds.
• Design marketing and sales materials, such as sales materials, posters, slides, social media posts.
• Capture and edit high-quality videos during live events or product videos.
• Manage and curate our social media content calendar.
• Engage with event and conference guests, collecting leads and making connections.
• Create product and project videos using Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Implement SEO strategies, including backlink building and monitoring SERPs, to boost our online presence.
• Help our executive team masterfully craft a compelling seed investment deck using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• You are able to work full-time and live in Berlin.
• Proven native English language proficiency.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with event guests, conference visitors, or potential clients and partner organizations.
• You are a storyteller and a great growth marketing engineer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma for communication design tasks.
• Proficiency in AI image generation tools (Midjourney or Leonardo-ai preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut for video editing.
