The roleWe’re looking for a Creative Strategy Lead, Supplier Brand to build and lead the creative strategy for Get Your Guide ’s B2B business. Partnering closely with the Head of Supplier Brand and reporting to the Global Creative & Content Marketing Director, you’ll define the visual and verbal identity of our supplier brand and champion a creative approach that positions Get Your Guide as an indispensable partner to attractions, guided tours, activities, and everything in between.
This is the first role of its kind ’re looking for a hands-on leader who can set a bold vision, build a distinctive brand system, and translate it into world-class campaigns and experiences that meet clear business objectives. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty while also bridging between our B2B team and the broader Creative organization, defining best practices and strategic opportunities for integrating supplier narratives within our consumer brand and vice versa.

Your mission- Own the supplier creative vision for our B2B brand
- Translate our supplier value proposition into a cohesive, differentiated creative platform that can scale globally
- Build scalable supplier brand systems by developing brand guidelines, toolkits, and templates for supplier-facing communications across marketing channels
- Ensure every touchpoint- from pitch deck to partner portals- feels consistent, premium, and unmistakably Get Your Guide .
- Lead concept development and campaigns for supplier-facing initiatives including working with key destinations and tourism bureaus on activating partnerships
- Bridge B2B and B2C brand worlds by identifying opportunities to bring supplier stories into the consumer brand while protecting clarity for both audiences
- Collaborate closely with Supplier Brand, Sales, Partner Marketing, CRM, Events, and Growth teams to ensure creative is tightly aligned with strategy and business goals.
- Turn complex business problems into clear, inspiring creative briefs and narratives.
- 8+ years in brand, creative, and marketing roles ideally with strong B2B, marketplace, or partner marketing components (agency or in-house)
- Proven track record of building or significantly evolving a brand or sub-brand in a high growth or international environment
- Experience leading integrated creative work across multiple channels and formats (digital, content, events, video, print, etc.)
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and storytelling that bring complex value propositions to life
- Ability to move fluidly between big picture thinking and detailed execution- equally comfortable shaping long term narrative and refining a single asset
- Deep understanding of how creative drives business outcomes in B2B or partner ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative initiatives in a matrixed environment, influencing without always having direct authority
- Skilled at setting up simple, effective processes for creative pipeline
