We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Hey Jobs, you will shape how our products are understood, valued, and adopted in the market. You own the strategic positioning, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market motions for our product suite.

🎯 How you can contribute to Hey JobsRefine messaging and value propositions for the Hey Jobs product suite, aligning with customer pain points and market needs, while crafting compelling narratives that highlight benefits and differentiation.
Plan and orchestrate go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and major commercial initiatives.
Create high-impact Sales materials (decks, one‑pagers, battle cards) that help Sales articulate our value and close deals faster.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales) to plan and execute product launches, drive awareness, adoption, and engagement through targeted campaigns, and support the product bundling strategy with aligned content and messaging across touchpoints.
Analyze user behavior & content effectiveness to identify drop‑offs that signal messaging, positioning, or expectation mismatches.
Formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and iterate quickly based on data, customer insights, and behavioral patterns.
Own the content and messaging of our B2B website. You continuously improve page structure and messaging to ensure the website converts effectively.
Manage multiple projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing), and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of marketing initiatives while balancing priorities.
At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, with hands‑on expertise in product/feature launches, go‑to‑market strategies & messaging.
Strong expertise in positioning, messaging frameworks, ICP definition, and transforming product complexity into clear value for different buying roles.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in German.
Customer‑centric approach with a strong understanding of customer personas, pain points, and journey mapping.
Comfortable with conversion optimization and funnel analysis
Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver high‑quality hands‑on output
Confident, high‑impact use of AI across research, messaging, content and experimentation, treating AI as a strategic multiplier, not just a tool.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
