Salary range: €55,/annum

You are the face of Freecash. You'll be on camera, you'll run our organic social end to end, and you'll turn it into a channel that drives sign‑ups — and a community people actually want to be part of. You won't do it alone: you'll work hand in hand with our Organic Growth team and our community manager.

You'll own every organic social channel for Freecash — from ideation and filming to editing, publishing, testing, and iteration — and you'll be the person on screen. You'll lead across:

• User acquisition — content that doesn't just rack up views, it converts strangers into sign‑ups.
• User activation & retention — sticky, relevant storytelling that keeps our community engaged and coming back.
• Product communication — when we launch or change something, you make it land. You turn product updates into content people actually want to watch.
• Community — a real, two‑way community that trusts Freecash and roots for it, built hand in hand with our community manager.

• Be the face of Freecash on camera — consistently, across our channels.
• Fully own and run Freecash's organic social presence.
• Ideate, film, edit, and publish native content daily — you're the creator, not a brief‑writer.
• Turn product launches and feature changes into must‑watch announcements.
• Launch and run full‑scale organic campaigns and experiments.
• Make organic measurable — connect content to sign‑ups and activation, and keep improving on what actually drives results, not vanity views.
• Grow reach, followers, and engagement across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X — and build community on Discord and Reddit.
• Partner with our community manager to grow the community and stay ahead of negative sentiment — you bring the content and the on‑camera presence; they own day‑to‑day community management.
• Hold a high creative bar — tone of voice, visual polish, pacing.

• You're magnetic on camera. This is the heart of the role — you'll be the face of Freecash, so being comfortable and compelling on screen is non‑negotiable.
• Real creator skills — you film, edit, write, and post yourself. You'll have our creative department to lean on when you need it, but the ideal hire can own the whole thing end to end, solo.
• A proven track record of driving real outcomes (sign‑ups, conversions) through organic content — not just impressions.
• Deep platform fluency:
  Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, Discord, Reddit.
• A data instinct — you can read content performance and think clearly about what's actually driving sign‑ups.
• Comfortable with AI content tools.
• B2C social experience, ideally in gaming or ad tech.

• A portfolio of on‑camera content we can watch (Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts).
• You can localize and scale campaigns by market.
• You're funny, meme‑literary, current, and have the "cool social media person" vibe.
