Influencer Marketing Lead, German-Speaking

• Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy for VOY Weight Loss
• Identify growth opportunities across Germany
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers
• Establish long-term partnerships that drive awareness and customer acquisition
• Monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, analyse results and optimise influencer investments to maximise ROI
• Plan and execute integrated influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting
• Ensure excellent campaign execution and consistent brand messaging
• Collaborate with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative and Medical teams
• Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms and creator formats
• Evolve the influencer strategy while ensuring campaigns remain compliant

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing
• Experience ideally in a fast-growing consumer or digital health company
• Strong commercial mindset
• Proven experience managing performance-driven influencer campaigns and delivering measurable business results
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Experience negotiating partnerships and building long-term creator relationships
• Data-driven approach with ability to analyse campaign performance, derive insights and optimise based on KPIs
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership from strategy through execution
• Fluent German and English
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
