Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (m​/f​/d

You will take ownership of influencer marketing across Yoshi en and Edeneve, our new premium skincare brand launching this year. Working closely with our CMO, you'll develop creative partnerships that strengthen both brands, build long‑term creator relationships, and turn influencer marketing into one of our key growth channels.

• Take ownership of influencer marketing across Yoshi en and Edeneve.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for Yoshi en and Edeneve.
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and managements.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Identify new creators and partnerships that fit each brand's positioning.
• Negotiate collaborations and manage campaign budgets.
• Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on KPIs and learnings.
• Work closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media, PR and E‑Commerce teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activations.
• Stay on top of influencer, social media and beauty/lifestyle trends to bring new ideas into the business.

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of the DACH creator landscape across Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Commercial mindset with confidence managing budgets and analysing campaign performance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Creative eye for premium brands, aesthetics and storytelling.
• Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Nice to have: experience with premium consumer brands, beauty, wellness, food or lifestyle.
