(Senior) Marketing Manager within the German marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand and partner success, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead for Germany. Your core mission will be to champion and accelerate the growth of our top Local Hero Chains in Berlin and Germany:
Burgermeister, Burgervision, and Mmaah.

You will be the strategic and creative engine behind these key accounts, responsible for creating robust Growth Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and owning the end-to-end execution and performance monitoring of co-marketing campaigns. By aligning Lieferando's brand power with the cult status of these local favorites, you will drive market share, highlight destination supply, and execute impactful activations that resonate deeply with local food lovers.

You build custom co-marketing plans, run high-impact campaigns, and make sure food lovers choose Lieferando whenever they crave their favorite local bites.

Think of it like being an artist manager for celebrity restaurants. You take local legend brands (Burgermeister, Burgervision, and Mmaah) that people already love, throw the full weight of Lieferando's marketing engine behind them, and throw fuel on the fire so both sides win big.

• Strategic Joint Business Planning:
  Own the marketing relationship with Burgermeister, Burgervision, and Mmaah. Co-create and align on comprehensive Growth Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive mutual volume and brand loyalty.

• Campaign Execution & Ownership:
  Plan, launch, and project-manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to these specific local hero chains, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and order frequency.

• Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
  Constantly monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance against KPIs. Use data-driven insights to optimise ROI and uncover new growth levers for your assigned brands.

• Local Hyper-Presence:
  Drive impactful on-the-ground activations and hyper-local campaigns to ensure strong brand presence across all relevant physical and digital touchpoints.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Act as the central bridge between these key restaurant partners, local sales/account management teams, and our global HQ teams (Creative Studio, CRM, Digital, PR) to execute seamless campaigns.

• Language & Market Expertise:
  Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential; deep, intimate knowledge of the German consumer landscape- strong Berlin market knowledge is a major plus.

• Proven Experience:
  
  Several years of marketing experience, ideally rooted in food delivery, quick-service restaurant (QSR) marketing, tech, or account-based partner marketing.

• Commercial & Strategic Understanding:
  Proven experience building collaborative growth plans or joint business plans (JBPs) with external commercial partners or corporate accounts.

• Analytical Mindset:
  Strong data-driven instincts with the ability to monitor campaign performance, draw clear conclusions, and pivot strategies based on hard metrics.

• Stakeholder Management:
  Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to manage relationships with fast-moving, high-profile restaurant founders and internal corporate stakeholders alike.

• Execution & Agility: A proactive, independent problem-solver who excels in dynamic environments, possesses strong organizational skills, and brings a positive, test-and-learn attitude.
