Social Media and Influencer Lead

• Develop organic social channels and the social media team, and launch new channels
• Develop content formats, channel strategy, publishing cadence, and community
• Create the editorial calendar across all organic channels and manage topics, timing, resources, execution, and prioritization
• Lead the creator team, set goals, provide feedback, support professional development, and plan capacity
• Own influencer marketing and creator campaigns—from selection, briefing, and relationship management through to performance analysis
• Develop, brief, commission, and, where necessary, produce You Tube long‑form content, blog content, guides, and advice articles
• Independently develop evergreen formats from campaign assets
• Build relationships with trade publications, online magazines, comparison websites, and review platforms
• Drive reviews and engage educational creators and veterinarians as sources of credibility
• Own visibility in search engines and AI‑generated answers, and translate content gaps into the editorial plan
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, and production partners with regard to briefing, quality, timelines, and budget

• Several years of experience building short‑form, long‑form, and evergreen content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Several years of experience managing external producers, freelancers, or agencies
• Experience providing functional or disciplinary leadership to a content or creator team
• Experience in SEO—both content and technical SEO, not just keyword research
• Demonstrable understanding of visibility in AI‑generated answers (GEO / AI Search) and how it is achieved
• Editorial rigor when working on health‑related topics; understanding of sources, expertise, and traceability
• Excellent German
• Good English
• Love for dogs and cats
