Junior Marketing Manager – AI Transformation

• You plan and own customer events, trade show appearances, and webinars end-to-end — from venue and invitations to follow-up.
• You build a repeatable case-study engine — reach out to customers, conduct interviews, and produce compelling written and video case studies.
• You create and maintain pitch decks, videos, and one-pagers so Sales always has the right material at the right time.
• You ensure that messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all commercial touchpoints — whether a deck, post, or case study.
• You design and schedule posts for our VP Commercial and the Company Page and monitor engagement.
• You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, and image/video tools to produce content faster and at higher quality.

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, or sales enablement
• Strong deck-building skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides, Canva or Figma) with a good visual sense
• Hands-on, regular experience with AI tools for content creation (text, image, ideally also video)
• Proactive, independent working style even with loosely defined tasks
• Strong organizational skills to manage events, content, and requests in parallel
• Strong interest in AI and new tools
• Confident demeanor when dealing with customers and senior stakeholders
• Service-oriented mindset toward the Sales team
• Ideally: experience in event or project coordination, basic video-editing knowledge (Cap Cut, Premiere, Descript, etc.), or B2B SaaS background with familiarity with Hub Spot/CRM

Demonstrates expertise in B2B marketing and communications, with a strong focus on event planning, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in using AI tools for content production and maintaining consistent messaging across various platforms.
