About the Company
We operate a self-funded, profitable B2B SaaS venture based out of Kempten in the picturesque Allgäu region. Our software was born out of direct operational necessity: operating as a digital marketing agency, we could not find an existing market solution that met our workflow requirements, so we engineered it ourselves. Today, roughly 700 agencies across German-speaking territories rely on our platform daily.
We scale our product pragmatically, focusing purely on user value without unnecessary code bloat. Our team remains lean, featuring direct communication, streamlined decision-making, and high personal ownership. Joining us means actively shaping our roadmap, taking true accountability, and driving momentum in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role & Mission
Stepping in as our inaugural dedicated Marketer, you will act as a strategic generalist to construct our marketing infrastructure from the ground up. Collaborating directly with the founders, a product designer, and our content marketing lead, you will take absolute ownership of our go-to-market strategy, conversion funnels, and brand positioning. You are an execution-driven doer who will systematically test hypotheses, scale paid acquisition channels, turn Hub Spot into our primary growth engine, and accelerate our next expansion phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning: Formulate our comprehensive marketing plan, translating growth objectives into structured channels, budgets, and KPIs while refining messaging for diverse agency buyers and target personas.
- Performance Marketing: Direct all paid advertising initiatives—focusing heavily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)—encompassing creative direction, campaign architecture, budget allocation, and continuous performance optimization.
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Streamline the complete user journey spanning initial ad engagement, high-converting landing pages, 14-day trials, and final paid conversions.
- Marketing Automation (Hub Spot): Architect Hub Spot as our central operational engine, overseeing lifecycle stages, lead scoring matrices, nurturing sequences, email automation, and attribution analytics.
- Channel Expansion: Discover, validate, and scale new customer acquisition channels including Linked In Ads, strategic partnership networks, webinars, and community programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align tightly with Product, Customer Success, and leadership to publicize high-impact customer success stories and major software rollouts.
- Tracking & Attribution: Maintain flawless analytics modeling and multi-touch attribution to ensure absolute transparency into acquisition ROI and guide budget decisions.
- Team & Agency Building: Forecast future hiring initiatives, external agency partnerships, contractor networks, and software stacks as our marketing operations scale.
