Join the MIKUTA team as our Womenswear Fit Model (EU Size 36) and play a crucial role in our design & product development processes by trying on prototypes during product meetings. If you have experience as a fitting model, we’d love to hear from you!

Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

We aim to achieve the perfect fit to elevate our effortless designs and premium feel. To support our product team, we’re looking for a Womenswear Fit Model (EU Size 36) who can bring our designs to life, ensuring they fit beautifully and feel amazing on real bodies, while providing crucial insights that help shape every collection.

• Try on prototypes during product meetings for all product categories, including Swimwear.
• Provide detailed feedback during fitting sessions to improve fit, comfort, and overall wearability.
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to refine sizing and quality.
• Support the evolution of our product development processes by sharing practical insights from fittings.
• Travel to Portugal twice a year for first prototype fittings.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You wear EU size 36 and closely match the following measurements:
  • Height: 168‑172 cm
  • Chest: 84‑86 cm
  • Waist: 68‑70 cm
  • Hip: 90‑94 cm
• Experience as Fit or Fitting Model and with trying on prototypes across all product categories, including Swimwear.
• Comfortable collaborating with design and product development teams to refine sizing and enhance quality.
• Open to traveling to Portugal twice a year for first prototype fittings.
• Thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on environment where your insights directly shape every collection.
