Senior Brand & Digital Experience Designer

Your mission

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Digital Experience Designer to join our Design team, someone who can elevate how people experience our brand across the web and beyond. You’ll take ownership of our digital brand presence, crafting thoughtful, engaging, and user-centered designs that span landing pages, digital campaigns, and evolving brand touchpoints.
As a key member of our small and collaborative in-house Design team, you will:

• Lead the design and continuous evolution of a diverse ecosystem of websites and landing pages that attract millions of monthly visitors.
• Drive the refinement and advancement of our design system, ensuring scalability, visual consistency, and creative excellence across all brand touchpoints.
• Champion and evolve our visual design language, ensuring that  remains fresh, distinct, and aligned with our mission.
• Partner closely with different teams and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and accessible digital experience.
• Guide and mentor peers on best practices in web design, visual communication, and creative problem-solving.
• Contribute to the development of digital campaign materials and marketing assets, ensuring brand coherence across platforms.
• Occasionally engage in early-stage UX work and user research to ground visual decisions in user insights.

• Degree in Communication Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Web, Brand, or Product Design (freelance or in-house)
• Proven track record of leading web and brand design projects from concept to implementation.
• Expertise in responsive design, modern layout principles, and accessible design standards.
• Skilled in working with and extending a robust design system.
• Strong aesthetic sense with exceptional typography and attention to brand detail.
• Experience with website implementation, either in a visual website editor (Webflow or similar) or in code (HTML/CSS).
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, or similar tools) to boost efficiency and creative exploration.
• Confident communicator with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• UX design and/or user research experience is a strong bonus.

A strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing high-impact, relevant work is required for this application.
