Locations:
Berlin, Bangalore, EU Remote.
Preferred location:
Berlin or Bangalore; remote candidates in European or Indian time zones will also be considered.

RoleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for tech‑related roles across product, engineering, business, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Own the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Act as a strategic partner to the People & Culture Lead, People team, and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture.
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS, Linked In, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage high‑quality candidates.
- Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience through clear, timely communication and smooth coordination.
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance and support business goals.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand, streamline hiring processes, and enable interviewers through training and best practices.
- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast‑paced tech environments.
- Experience recruiting in India, especially for tech roles, is a significant plus.
- Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- A strategic and agile mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
- A team player with a collaborative approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and storytelling skills.
- Ownership, agility, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
