Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/x) – SaaS B2B Start-up, Berlin

Cortea, a Berlin-based B2B SaaS startup transforming audits through AI technology, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build Cortea’s hiring function and help attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent. This is an early, high-impact role shaping culture and scaling the team in Berlin and beyond.

Location:

Berlin (office-first).

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech, product, and business roles: from sourcing to closing
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Build and manage talent pipelines, ensuring a strong candidate experience at every stage
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Europe
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Cortea as a top destination for AI and SaaS talent
• Support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup, high-growth, or SaaS/tech environment
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust quickly with candidates and colleagues
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Passionate about people and culture, with an eye for spotting top talent
• Based in Berlin (office-first role)
