• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and workforce planning needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all GUS Germany brands across different locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, selection criteria, and interview best practices.
• Ensure consistent and fair hiring processes across the organization.
• Manage and optimize the ATS recruitment tool (Personio).
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data protection, and internal policies.
• Oversee external recruitment partners and negotiate vendor contracts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong track record managing high-volume and/or specialized hiring.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with Personio HR system or similar recruitment systems is a strong advantage.
• Bilanguage fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
