To support this journey, we’re looking for a Lead Recruiter for Germany — a driven, ambitious talent leader who will raise the bar for hiring and play a pivotal role in scaling our teams.
This is a high‑impact role with both strategic and hands‑on responsibility, working closely with the CEO for Germany and senior leaders across the business globally. You’ll shape how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent, while owning critical hires driving our growth.
This is a Berlin based role with hybrid office set up (Mon, Tue, Thu at the office).
Your MissionAs Lead Recruiter Germany, you’ll act as a strategic talent partner to our leadership team, owning end‑to‑end recruitment for business‑critical roles — with a strong focus on commercial, growth, and marketing positions. You’ll build scalable hiring strategies, ensure a smooth and inclusive candidate experience, and directly influence the quality and speed of our hiring as the business scales.
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑impact commercial and growth roles, from intake through offer and close
- Partner closely with the CEO Germany and senior leaders globally to understand business priorities and translate them into hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines
- Proactively source and engage top talent across growth marketing, commercial, influencer marketing, paid search, lifecycle, and creative strategy
- Conduct high‑quality screening interviews, assessing skills, behaviours, and values alignment
- Build and nurture strong, diverse talent pipelines in highly competitive markets
- Ensure a structured, inclusive, and high‑quality hiring process, delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Manage candidate progression across interview stages with clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends
- Continuously improve hiring processes using data, insights, and automation tools
- An experienced in‑house recruiter or talent partner, ideally with exposure to business hiring
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, scaling environment with multiple senior stakeholders
- Confident partnering with executives and influencing hiring decisions through data, insight, and clear communication
- Strong in proactive sourcing and talent mapping, with the ability to engage hard‑to‑reach profiles
- Highly structured and detail‑oriented, with a strong bias for ownership and execution
- Passionate about delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and high‑quality candidate experience
- Data‑driven, using insights to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency
- Motivated by building teams that drive meaningful business impact
