We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll lead and optimise our recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top‑tier tech talent to drive our company’s growth and success. In your day‑to‑day work, you will design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership across our software and hardware engineering teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

• Partner closely with tech leadership to turn business goals into clear, actionable hiring priorities across software and hardware engineering roles.
• Build hiring strategies that scale with our growth and anticipate the emerging skill sets we’ll need next.
• Don’t wait for talent to come to you – go out there and build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing to find and engage exceptional engineers for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Lead the end‑to‑end hiring journey, running every step from outreach to offer with care and impact.
• Stay laser‑focused, always raising the bar on the quality of talent.
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to final offer.
• Amplify our employer brand in the deep tech space and craft a narrative that resonates with top technical talent.
• Use data to guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, track funnel health, and continuously improve how we hire.
• Keep our hiring agile, inclusive, and compliant, while always raising the bar on quality.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition (5+ years)
• Experience recruiting both software and hardware engineers
• Prior exposure to tech recruitment at a Deep tech scaleup would be a big plus.
• Expert at sourcing, market mapping and building talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles
• Data‑first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
• Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with ATS and modern recruiting tools
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus
• You thrive in fast‑growing, high‑velocity environments
