Talent Acquisition Manager

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Tech, Security, and Revenue roles
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers through to contract signing
• Develop channel strategies, screen candidates, and manage candidate communications
• Manage approximately 8-12 open roles in parallel
• Proactively source talent in AI, Security, and Revenue
• Keep the talent pipeline and ATS up to date
• Assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
• Ensure an honest and respectful candidate experience
• Share insights with the People & Culture team
• Align with Hiring Managers on job descriptions, scorecards, and candidate profiles
• Provide salary benchmarks, talent pool assessments, and sourcing strategies
• Support the development and execution of structured interview processes

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• Hands-on recruiting experience for Tech, Security, or Revenue roles
• Ability to assess technical depth and become familiar with new technical terminology
• Experience in active sourcing, including targeted search strings, alternative research channels, and personalized outreach
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to independently lead recruiting processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS platforms, ideally Teamtailor or comparable systems
• Affinity for automation and AI
• Experience in the AI space is an additional plus

Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting for Tech, Security, and Revenue roles, with a strong focus on candidate assessment, communication, and sourcing strategies. Proficient in managing multiple open positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining an up-to-date ATS.
