• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team across Tech, Data, Finance, People, and Commercial
• Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organisation
• Anticipate talent needs and market risks before they surface
• Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent
• Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles
• Influence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelines
• Strengthen recruiting operations and processes
• Scale the TA function as the company grows

• Experience in high-impact talent acquisition strategies
• Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and calibration skills
• Strong business acumen and comfort working with senior leaders
• Ability to influence without authority
• Systems mindset focused on improving the operating machine, not just individual output
• Ability to pivot and adapt ways of working to achieve the best outcome in the quickest possible time
• Proven track record of building pipelines for both active and passive candidates, building rapport, and closing offers
• Comfort working in a start-up environment with a global footprint and diverse team
• Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives
• Affinity with tools, including keeping the ATS updated and maintaining accurate data
